Subscription Policy
Subscription Policy:
Haus of Hoodoo offers only one product on a subscription plan, which is Haus of Hoodoo's Almanac. Haus of Hoodoo's Almanac is not a physical item and is available through two monthly subscription plans: "Digital Download Only" and "Digital Download + Audio Companion". These plans provide a monthly digital product, mentioned within this policy as "content".
For the purposes of this policy, all terms mentioned below refer specifically to Haus of Hoodoo's Almanac.
By purchasing a monthly subscription, the customer agrees to a recurring monthly subscription charge at the current subscription price (plus any applicable taxes). The customer accepts all recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.
All initial subscription purchases and subsequent payments are non-refundable. Once a customer has signed up for a subscription plan, it becomes their sole responsibility to manage the subscription within their customer portal. Customers have the freedom to pause, skip, or cancel their subscription at any time.
Billing Cycle + Automatic Renewal Terms:
Recurring subscription payments will be processed on the 26th of each month. Customers will receive an automatic courtesy email one day before, notifying them of the upcoming recurring charge. In case of a failed recurring payment, our system will make two additional attempts within two days to process the payment. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the subscription will be paused temporarily, and access to the upcoming monthly content will be revoked until the payment is successfully processed. During this period, customers also have the option to manually retry their payment.
Cancelation, Pausing, & Skipping Policy:
Customers have the option to cancel, pause, or skip a month of their subscription through their customer portal at any time. In the event of a cancelation, the customer will still have access to the content for the month they have already paid for but will not receive any future content. If a subscription is paused or skipped, the customer will not receive any future content until they successfully renew their paid subscription, and it is marked as active.
Digital Delivery:
Access to Haus of Hoodoo's Almanac will be delivered via email to paid subscribers within 2-5 days of their recurring subscription charge, or within 2-5 days of a new initial subscription. A customer account with Haus of Hoodoo's website - with the email used to make the subscription purchase - is required in order to be granted access to the paid content. Access to this content per month is time-sensitive, though the customer is permitted to download the digital PDF file.
