Digital Gift Card Policy
Digital gift cards are valid for online use only and cannot be redeemed for in-store purchases, phone orders, or Spiritual Services.
If you require a gift card specifically for use in the Botánica, please contact us, and a Team Member will be happy to assist you.
Digital gift cards are non refundable. Once purchased, the digital gift card balance cannot be adjusted. This item is not subject to sales tax at time of purchase. Digital gift card balances can be spent over more than one purchase, and are applied to the total value of a purchase including taxes and shipping. Gift cards cannot be used to buy another gift card. Digital gift cards are valid for five years from date of purchase. Lost or stolen digital gift cards will not be reimbursed. Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
