Ritual Preparation & Anointing Oil Instructions

Before You Begin

Do not start any ritual until you are fully prepared. The power of ritual lies in consistency, focus, and intention. Treat your ritual with the same level of commitment as any other priority in your daily life.

Follow all instructions exactly as given, do not add or remove steps. These instructions are specific to Haus of Hoodoo products and the rituals created by Manbo Jessyka. They do not apply to products or practices from other sources.

The success of your ritual depends entirely on your discipline, consistency, and readiness to receive what you are asking for.

Condition Oil, Flower Essence Oil & Root Oil Instructions

Haus of Hoodoo’s Condition Oils, Flower Essence Oils, and Root Oils are versatile spiritual tools that can be used to:

• Dress candles

• Anoint the body

• Anoint ritual tools

• Enhance baths and washes

 

These oils are for external use only and are safe to wear on the body and hair, except for Mandragora (“Mandrake Root”) Oil, which is toxic and should never be applied to the skin.

 

Ingredients & Shelf Life:

• Made with jojoba oil, flowers, herbs, and roots

• Scented with essential oils and fragrance oils

• Strained for extended shelf life

• Best used within 12 months of purchase

Anointing Yourself with Oil

Apply your oil intuitively and with confidence, always affirming your prayers and intentions. The more consistently you work with these oils, the more effective they will be.

 

How to Anoint the Body

• To attract or draw in: Anoint upward/inward

• Hands: From fingertips up to elbows or shoulders• Feet: From toes up to shins or knees

• To remove or banish: Anoint downward/outward

• For love, relationships, or sex-related intentions: Apply to hotspots:

• Behind the ears

• Inside wrists

• Elbow creases

• Behind knees

 

You may layer multiple oils, but when anointing yourself with more than one:

• Pause between each oil to state your specific prayer or intention.

• Be mindful of the order and direction of application. For example, Uncrossing Oil should be applied downward before Protection Oil is applied upward.

Final Guidance

• Stay focused on one situation at a time, avoid working multiple rituals for different purposes simultaneously.

• Do not mix Haus of Hoodoo rituals with those of other practitioners.
